Art & Creativity for Healing is a nonprofit organization committed to bringing healing through art to those who are suffering through grief, illness and stress. It is the process of bringing a new language to people by which they can express the emotional, physical and spiritual journey which they are on.

Since 2000, we have had the privilege of bringing our guided, fine-art workshops to over 10,000 children and adults suffering from abuse, illness, grief or stress through FREE “Art for Healing” programs offered in collaboration with more than 26 hospitals, treatment facilities and non-profit agencies in Southern California.

As an organization, we recognize that many of those who most need healing are unable to afford it. Often times, the same illness they need to process through, has left them without the finances to pay their rent, let alone a workshop fee, or even the cost of art materials.

We are excited at the prospect of joining with you in furthering the vision of Art & Creativity for Healing. We believe that in order to carry out the vision we have been given we must partner with a community of others who share our passion. It is a passion for touching the lives of the hurting. A passion to teach a new language of expression to families torn apart by grief or illness. A passion to bring hope to those who have had it taken from them.

A recent workshop participant shared with us, “I had never been able to adequately express the feelings surrounding my battle with cancer until today.” These workshops open doors for hope and healing in the lives of the participants and all those involved.
