- Art & Creativity for Healing ships all items that are currently listed in the Art for Healing Store catalog. All items are shipped Monday through Friday, within 48 hours of order placement. We ship all items via Fedex, within the 48 contiguous states. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or international destinations, shipping method is determined by the best available price at the time of the order. Shipping rates are determined based on the size and amount of merchandise ordered through the Art for Healing Store catalog.

- Returns & Replacements
- All purchases made through the Art for Healing Art Store catalog are non-refundable. However, we will replace any items that arrive damaged or broken. Please contact the store at info@art4healing.org for instructions on how to submit an item for replacement.
- Ordering
- To order art supplies via the Art for Healing Store catalog, please click on the “Art Supplies” button and select the product(s) you wish to purchase from the categories listed. To order the item(s) click the “Add to Cart” button listed below the product description. The item(s) will then be placed in your shopping cart. To complete your purchase, click the “Checkout” button located at the top right-hand corner of the screen. You can either create an account with the Art for Healing Store, or checkout as a guest. You will then be asked to enter your contact information, choose your shipping method, and payment information. Once you complete your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming the placement of your order.

- The Art for Healing Art Store accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We will also accept payment made through PayPal. Pricing is subject to change without notice. The Art for Healing Art Store may choose to offer limited time promotions and discounts. The Art 4 Healing Art Store reserves the right to offer discounts and promotions at will to customers based on patronage or service to Art & Creativity for Healing, Inc.
- Viewing Orders
- If you are a registered user of the Art for Healing Store, you may view your order history by logging on to your account at the Art for Healing Store.
- Updating Account Information
- To make changes or update your account information, edit your shipping or billing address, or scubscribe to our newsletter, please logon to the Art for Healing Art Store at www.art4healingstore.org, and click on “My Account.”
